Video media question

Dear Challenge Board,

we have a few questions...For starters, we were thinking of using wideo to create a video for our submission, however the wideo brand mark stays in the top right hand corner of the video, will that be a problem?? If so, what sort of video makers are allowed?

As well, with the 508 compliance regulations it asks about captions however in our video we were going to have music playing and text displayed, thus captions aren't needed correct? Aslo, our text was going to be animated, as in appearing on screen as if someone is typing it etc, however in 508 is says animated text is a fail...correct?

And, as to really get this discussion board hopping, we were wondering if we could make a mini series of videos, say for example 3 one minute videos to total out at 3 minutes?
