I just want to be sure that I can use an existing tool for my project in
CareCounts for pregnant women. I would like to use an existing tool in one of the parameters that has been used. I have my own modifications.

    Contestants may build upon or tailor existing Tools to integrate the Affordable Care Act key provisions noted under the Contest Guidelines.

    Are the Contest Guidelines part of the criteria? Is they also part of the Outreach Plan?

    All submissions must comply with the Contest Guidelines.
    As stated in the Contest Guidelines, all Tools must be submitted with a Promotion/Outreach plan as a PDF document, double-spaced, 12 point Times New Roman, and no longer than 2 pages in length. The Plan should demonstrate the Contestants’ understanding of the target audience and how to reach that audience with the Tool.
