clarification on rules
The rules mention that no personal information can be included in the tool. Do you mean the personal information of the developers or of the person using the tool?

Tools should not include any personal information about the contestants/developers.

Can I include "Produced by XYZ and ABC" (logos)? My small dev company is partnering with a design company to produce the tool. It does not contain 'personal information' nor is an 'endorsement'. We're putting some significant time and effort into this on the 'chance' of winning so would like to at least signify that we did the work.

The federal government cannot distribute materials with brand marks. If you submit the Tool with "Produced by XYZ and ABC," you must be able to remove the brand marks if you win, so that the government may distribute the Tool freely over its own channels.

The submission is requiring a photo. I have our outreach cards in PDF format do I also need to submit a photo of them?

I am collaborating with two people in the southern part of the state for the project for my submission. However, we do work for the state Department of Health. Do all 3 of us need to register? I am not able to put their emails down as it is telling me they have not registered. Thank you.

To answer the questions from Javier_Rios:
1. You can upload one or all of the cards as the photo. This photo or collection of photos serves as a "cover photo" for your entry.
2. There is no need for each participant on your team to register separately.
