submission error: invalid file format

when uploading the pdf file, there is an error: invalid file format.
anybody seeing this?

    not clear about how to actually submit the tool, paragraph, and longer description.

    Please enter a submission at www.carecounts.challenge.gov. The form asks you to upload your files from your computer for different requirements. See rules #3 and #4.
    3) All Tools must be submitted with a one-paragraph description of the Tool for promotional and public voting purposes. The paragraph should be no more than 100 words, in a PDF document.

    4) All Tools must be submitted with a Promotion/Outreach plan as a PDF document, double-spaced, 12 point Times New Roman, and no longer than 2 pages in length. The Plan should demonstrate the Contestants’ understanding of the target audience and how to reach that audience with the Tool.

    I don't see anything that says "submit" or "upload" or anything. Sorry....but can you help?

    I had the same problem and was unable to submit my application in time while trying to fix the errors and since I am in central time, the time ran out! I have emailed my submission to the support@challengepost.com address.
